As a parent or teacher, you will know that one-on-one or small group coaching, either face-to-face or via email / Skype can be very helpful - particularly if your teenager or pupil is facing specific concerns or challenges around learning and high school examinations.

Using an eclectic framework of meta-cognition, cognitive self-image psychology and a solutions-focused approach, young people will learn through on-going coaching: how their mind works; how their perceptions of themselves, school and school work is created; how they can modify attitudes and beliefs that might be holding them back; and how they can build better self-esteem, efficacy, motivation and accountability towards improving their life and results at school.
